It's been a while, what are we up to ladies
I haven't hung out in here in a quite some time. Feels good to be back, kind of like being away on vacation and coming home. Thought I would stretch out in here today.
So ladies, get to do anything fun this weekend? Any hookups? Any fun at the bars? do tell, I would like some details. Even if you make it up, good gossip is to much fun. I'll start: This Sat. night, I was at Bubbaz bar & grill, kicking back a few cold ones and these girls come up and asked me if I workout. I replied, "Yes, I do lift weights, that is until they get heavy, then I go home". One of them asked if I could lift her up, and I said that would be easy since you probably only weight 105-110 lbs. This of course let to the other one asking if I could lift them both up. I said yes, why are you looking for a strong man to "show you something". (I was leaving it open to see where they were going with this). One says "yes, I need to see if your cardio is a good as your strength", hold on, boss coming.. be back

 I've missed chatting with you herps.. You really need to get down with the girls more often  Weekend was a lazy one.. Slept way too much! I am not a big sleeper, so today I am even more tired. No bars this past weekend and No hookups, spent it with my most special gal. Took her to see SpiderMan3 and shopping for some new gear. I did get some new plaid shorts, lol. Plaid is so in this year and I figured I had to bust out atleast one pair. oh wait, I am leaving out on most important detail I trained yesterday! LEGS.. Boy am I sore today, grrr! My quads are sore  Enjoy your week chicka.

Same old, same old...Saturday work in the yard...trying to kill these japanese beetles that are trying to eat every bit of my cutesie flowers. They are so disgusting...I have a bug phobia pretty bad, so it was traumatizing. Then I went for a nice run in the 94 degree heat and high humidity, then we went off to shop. This is like my entire weekend, every weekend...yard work, exercise, shop, go to dinner. It gets sort of boring. The twins still need their nap time, so our weekend still revolves around being home from 12 to 3 for their nap or we are in big trouble. They get attitude without their sleep.
Very excited because my husband changed his shift at work to "days", he was working "swings" - 1pm to 9 pm and so I felt like I was basically a single mom, finally a spot opened up on day shift - so now he works 4 am to 1 pm. It will be harder on him, but better for family time and all that good stuff. I don't think I told you all about the 5k I ran last weekend...it was killer...not killer good, killer bad. LOL I got the same time as the 5k in myrtle beach, but this course was hilly as a mo fo. It seemed like the entire thing was uphill. My legs were burning like a mofo. I am so not made for this endurance running...I am built to sprint...LOL. Oh and the new girl from work is still all over me annoying the heck out of me. She is under a microscope now from my boss cause I had a heart to heart with him about her skills or lack thereof. I want to poke my own eyeballs out she frustrates me so bad. She always comes to my office or calls and says, "question" - then she askes the stupid question. Ugh, I think if she stays I will have to find something else, my boss said he supports me 100% and can't lose me, but I do not like this woman and even if tomorrow she woke up with enough brain cells I still wouldn't want to work with her. Saturday, had to deal with another Bridezilla!
 Even though I like it, these bridezilla'a are getting worse and worse each year! Al long as I don't tell them off, all is kool.Went to a bbq get together on sunday, had my fave's on the barbie (shrimp) Did my usual workout on sunday, along with 30 mins outdoor running.  PS. Oh lordy H...you remind me that there are parts of being single again I'm going to hate!
Beer and bars being at the top of the list. Kat has been going on and on about her fav beer lately. So Friday an old buddy of ours stopped in and he tried her beer (I forget what the hellz it was.) he went on and on about it too...so I finally said Kat...hand me your glass...Bleck! Ugh! Gag! Beer is still as awful as I remember it being. Kat and Darren were in shock...and I've decided that when I tie one on it will be with my old fav...vodka! Kudos for getting out there on that run Hanna. I love yard work...but I'm working as a tutor/nanny in the evenings until 1AM...so by the time I wake up and try to fit everything in that I want to get done...the gardens suffer. Ugh! I hate wedding stuff fit! Luckily no weddings in the future for me. As for this weekend...had to rest a bit and heal up from blowing the right knee out on a mountain trail Friday. Legs for me tomorrow CC.

My weekend was sooooo stressful, I'm glad it's Monday. Here is what my hectic schedule was Sat & Sun.
Sat. Morning workout have PWO meal lay in the sun eat lunch lay in the sun eat snack lay in the sun fix dinner, watch tv, plan next day activities Sun Workout PWO meal lay in sun eat lunch lay in sun walk down to pool, lay in sun watching the crazy people swim lay in sun fix dinner hot shower watch tv go to bed. OMG!!! I was about to go out of my mind! I'm a workaholic, and if I don't have anything to work on, I'm ready to kill someone! so, you see the amount of stress I was under. All the yard work was done, laundry done and put away, housework done.... everything.. I had nothing to do!!!!!

I hate having my weekend bust up! I always train solo in the gym CC. Once I move Kat and Ray want to start training with me...so one of these days I'll have training partners.

it was another stressful weekend. Both Sat. & Sun. I was forced to lay by the pool, swim, sleep, tan, etc. Nothing to do. I did get my legs shaved all nice and clean. Wow, my legs are just gorgeous now!! So, I was forced to go out and show them off.
