So ive got her lifting again and tonight i talked her in to doing deadlifts. Shes never done them b4 so i just had her start out with the bar and do some warmups and also so i could check out her form. Form was good so i started adding weight. Got up to 100lbs and she was picking it up like there was nothing there. So i put 135 on and she knocked out 7 easy! She said she couldve kept going but her hands got slippery and so she lost grip. So she deadlifterd her bodyweight for reps with no prior training. Im convinced she could lift 200 or more if she wanted to. Damn!

that's what i was thinking. I love seeing girls doing bent over rows, it's not the bending over part but the fact she wants to work her back -with free weights nonetheless!.

Its cool to workout with a guy with good knowledge. My ex BIL, got me into the whole workout thing and he was my coach. Taught me lots of good stuff.. I used to also train with my partner also back in the day, but yep its tough jumping and changing from heavy duty plates to little ones for me. I used to be stronger, but still I couldn't bench over 400 pounds. Too bad, soo sad. I am thinking of hitting the weights heavy duty to build up my strength. I have lost alot of it. If only I had the magic potion for that.
