My friend will be joining too I think, another one for the female section although I guarantee she won't be posting too often. She hates when I try and get her to compete with other people but little does she know there will be a secret friendly deadlifting rivalry going on here. She'll probably be wondering, how come I'm pulling 150 this week??

Kidding. I dont wanna push wife too hard since this is only her second week of doing deads. Just dont want her to get hurt. She needs to burn in good form to the point where she can do them in her sleep and thatll come with experience. Next week well prolly bump it up to 160. I think 10lb increments are good for now. |
