Good for you girl!
That's awesome. It doesn't matter that it took you two years to see them, the point is that you can see them, and you probably feel great that your hard work is paying off.
I'm proud of you fit.
I don't know what your bf% is, but if it dropped a little more, you'd probably be amazed with all the muscle you have put on after two years of training.

Oh, and hahahaha....I'm the girl that always wears clothes too. I never even wear shorts. I always have sweats/pants, a tank, and a hoodie on.

Thanks Jenny you really make me feel great! It's not anything major but for me it is considering where i started all this at...i was a real porco...ahahaha
My b/f is still high though so its not enough cuts that i can see as yet.I'm starting to see more definition in the quads..etc...etc...yes you're right when i lose some more b/f I'm sure I'd shock myself...LOL if that ever happens...

wanna move to Toronto so we could train together...ahhahaha you're only a 10 hr. drive from me....

Fitme way to go! Congratulations as I am sure your stoked to see improvement. It means that what you are doing is working. All of us can be frustrated that it takes so long to get to where we want to be. Sometimes it seems we will never get there but day by day we make improvements. I don't know where you started but losing 35 pounds myself, I understand how it feels to "see" improvement. Keep at it girl. You are definitly "HOT"!

I like seeing changes in the mirror, only when they are in my favor

I can't wait for next week.. This week is gonna be tough, I am home from work and getting to the gym will be a battle. I plan on jumping rope, if I can get the hang of it... duh! I need an instructional video, lol!

I have 3 gyms I can access and they are all by my job, PS, 1 hour from home, GRRRRRRR

Maybe I will just take the rest of the year off. I plan on cutting my carbs out entirely the next 2 weeks.... that will help me drop about 7 pounds easy!

Good for you Fit

See, you lost more your weight faster then I did! You really have a great success story to tell and you should be as cockey as all get out! You know what works, you know how to reach goals, you are living proof that people can make big changes to their physique. Go ahead and shout from the highest mountain. You have earned it!

HaHaHa...this is a funny post!

You don't necessarily have to go to the gym. Be creative. You can use things from around your house, your bodyweight, etc. It's only for a week, so it's not that big of a deal.
Or, like you said...just take a break. Might be good for you. I'd go stir crazy though. But I'm high strung.
I just bought a new jump rope too....my other one kept tripping me....grrrr...yea, I'm blaming the jumprope.

Oh, and Fitme...35lbs is a lot of weight to have lost. Especially since you're putting muscle on at the same time. Good for you girly. You say that others are an inspiration, but that right there is inspiring. I'm proud of you and super duper happy for you.

you like the instructional video part right... okay, now you are starting to sound like TKD... gRRRR I am not @ workout @ home type of gal, its just not me. I find my motivation in getting my tush to the gym... thats what works for me. I guess I could even just climb up/down my staircase for some cardio!!! that may work. My partner is trying to get me a freebie pass to the gym here, but its also tough, cuz I have noone to watch Kaila... the daycare @ his gym is shut down till the renovations are done! GRRR once again... Its aight. I have lots to keep me busy.. so I will just chill out till next year!

I could actually use the break. I am gonna catch up on my tan though..

Yup, that was the part that gave me the biggest chuckle.
I know that lots of people aren't the workout at home types....my sister could NEVER work out at home, and her equipment just collects dust.
I can do it anywhere. I make walking through the grocery store part of my workout, I do upright rows with my little basket or whatever...while I'm standing at the file cabinets at work, I squat.
I'm just a loser though, and I should really get a life...hahaha.

Thanks. I've always heard its better to lose the weight slower. I dunno. I've tried so many diets on the market...LOL but nothing worked more like what I'm doing now.. Congrats on your weight loss also.

I tried writing a success story one time for the Oxygen Mag...LOL but my writing sucks and it had to be a certain length and then i just gave up... They pay you $50 for your story..anybody want to write it for me? aaahahahhah

Btw CC what about running up and down the stairs in your house for some cardio? That is if you have stairs?? I used to do that before I got a jumping rope and couldnt make it out to the gym...ahahahha geez i sound like a loser but great work and i'm looking forward to seeing some pics of you girl!
