anybody get those? Geez I dunno if im getting sick but yesterday i had my worst workout ever. It was chest/back day too which is one of my faves. I had no freaking strength. Its crazy I thought i'm supposed to be getting stronger. I've never felt so weak ever lifting weights. Today i'm sore as hell and I barley made it through even though I had to go a bit lighter on the weights. I've had more strength when I had a fever lifting weights. I barely made it through 20 mins on the elliptical. Anyway, just thought I'd share.

yep...yep.. I am with you fitme.... I am sick right now too a bit.. slight cough, sinus issues and low on energy... haven't been to the gym in a week.. my family was in town for the week and I need a vacation from that....
I want to go to the gym, but I know it would be worthless right now... I need sleep for 3 days straight and 2 days worth of meds...

Sorry to hear that you had a bad day Fit. If you are coming down with something you need to go easy. Last thing you want to do is stress your central nervous system out.

I had a leg day last week that would've come close - couldn't do squats because my back was too sore (DOMS) from the deads I'd done 2 days before (normally there would have been 4 days in between but my schedule had me 2 days behind).
I also couldn't do my romainian deads because of my back. It's not so bad to switch up exercises now & then but I don't want to make a habit of it. |
