Hair threading

Anyone heard of it or tried it? Its an Indian hair removal method.. Its kinda like waxing, but thread is used to pull hair from the root.

Its popular in NY, so JD, may have heard of it..

I can't seem to find a decent place close by.. My electrolysis told me to let her start doing my eyebrows, but I am afraid of the pain.. GRRRRRRR!!!

I haven't done it...but it's supposed to be pretty good, and not that expensive.

It is pretty cheap.. I have a place I go to up North, problem is, I am 1 hour away and need my eyebrows done.. Badly as in yesterday! I think I will have to cave and go for a wax.. Once you thread, you just don't want to go back to wax...

Yeah its supposed to last longer than waxing but for me its too dam painful..LOL I just stick to waxing...if you can stand the pain though do it!

not at all. I think we have a great group of women on this board. I want to hang out with you all today. Maybe learn some cool new workout secrets to share with my wife. Or just gossip a little. I like mine just the way they are. A girl with too much eyebrow gone, is a no-no. It needs to be just right. And for me, a little more is better than a little less.

no, that's good. I've seen it where there is like one hair about every .5 inches and it's like a little thin pencil drawing (that's what I was talking about). Your look very feminine, very sophisticated, nice job.
