i don't do leg press with both legs, i do one leg at a time but i do 110 lbs for 20 reps with little problem. next time i go to the gym (monday) i'll see how much i can do with both legs just for fun.

340 lbs for about 20-30 reps. I would go higher but that's the max amount of weights I hcan hook onto the leg press. I try not to use that heavy of weights since my hamstrings and quads won't be proportional in strength and size... but it feels so good to be strong!!! I'm doing less leg presses and more squats and my hamstrings are showing!

Wow, i thought there would be more girls on here that could do more than that, but i can do 7 plates a side - therefor it is 630 lbs, and i do belive the sledge is 50 lbs. And i pyramid up and down from 2 plates a side - with 10 full presses then 10 full calf raises, so yeah by the end, its a killer, but feels soo damn good. The guys call me a freak on leg day, and i do have killer legs to show for it. I believe in trainin legs till u cant walk anymore, it makes em look oh so much better - who cares if u cant walk the next day
