Just trying to see how strong I am compared to others???

Just give me amount of weight and reps @ your highest...

Hey I only leg press 200lbs...LOL I usually do higher reps on my legs like 15-20..I know I can push more if was doing less reps...LOL

Considering when i first started almost 2 yrs ago i could barely do 80lbs..haha
I'm proud of myself....

I last did 200# for 12 reps on the leg press, haven't tried to go any higher as of yet. I changed over to doing 2 sets of 20 rep squats. Just hit 100# on them a couple weeks back.

never tried leg press.

I squat a lot of weight for a girl, so I bet I could leg press a lot. I have a home gym with no leg press. It would be cool to see how much I could.

Killer reps.... Sounds good... Yesterday I hit my highest 155 for 15 reps... Then I dropped the weight down to about 100 and hit about 20 reps for 2 sets.
My legs are killing me today....

How much weight do you squat?
I'm up to using the 30lb db's...For me thats a lot...i started out with no weight at all...

I can't weight to get my home gym...

i don't do leg press with both legs, i do one leg at a time but i do 110 lbs for 20 reps with little problem. next time i go to the gym (monday) i'll see how much i can do with both legs just for fun.

Hey maybe we will get lucky and she will post it... Then we can cry ourselves to sleep tonight.....

Not a problem. I need to find a workout partner, so I can get spots and hit it heavier... Its easier, when you have someone give that little xtra push...

I will aks one of the big fellas at the gym!!!, they help little old me out and I will be up there with you Fit very soon!!!

No worries...you're doing great..how long were you off the gym for? or were you ever off?

No problem. I've spotted before... Just make sure you have deodorant....
Haven't really been off for, just not committed 100%... Only about 80%. I think my workout was more religious than my diet or vice versa...depends on the day!!

No worries, here... Just hope I am not too cranky...

340 lbs for about 20-30 reps. I would go higher but that's the max amount of weights I hcan hook onto the leg press. I try not to use that heavy of weights since my hamstrings and quads won't be proportional in strength and size... but it feels so good to be strong!!! I'm doing less leg presses and more squats and my hamstrings are showing!

Wow, i thought there would be more girls on here that could do more than that, but i can do 7 plates a side - therefor it is 630 lbs, and i do belive the sledge is 50 lbs. And i pyramid up and down from 2 plates a side - with 10 full presses then 10 full calf raises, so yeah by the end, its a killer, but feels soo damn good. The guys call me a freak on leg day, and i do have killer legs to show for it. I believe in trainin legs till u cant walk anymore, it makes em look oh so much better - who cares if u cant walk the next day
