Default Cleaning up my act!!!

Ok, so next week I will be cleaning my diet really CLEAN and hitting the gym even harder. I am trying to loose a bit more body fat and drop down in pant size.....

Which means I will probably be a ***** on wheels!!!

Hey Fitme!!.
I won't give up my coffee for nothing. Not a green tea fan. I will just eat really clean and have my shakes for my chocolate substitute... I usually add a banana and they are really filling!!

Wish me luck!!!

My diet will possibly be the same daily meals. Just to make my life easier, I don't mind eating the same thing over and over again.

1st meal; whey shake with water and banana blended, water
2nd meal; 6 egg white omelet, spinach, tomatoe, 1 slice of lo carb whole wheat, water
3rd meal; grilled chicken or turkey, brown rice, tomatoe or brocolli, water..
4th meal, whey shake with water, piece of fruit, water
5th meal, lo fat protein, brown rice or baked potatoe, veggie, water
6th meal: lofat cottage cheese/lo fat yogurt...water

haven't gone food shopping yet... But will also add some diet tuna in there..
Also, my portions will be the size of my palm...

Haven't decided my weight training/cardio schedule either... but will let you know how it goes...

Congrats on deciding to make a change Chica....
I never paid much attention to diet because I didn't really think it was that important for a long time.
I wasn't a pig or anything, but I was getting results without it, so I just ate what I wanted when I wanted to eat, but about 8 or 9 months ago I decided to make a change too, and my energy went through the roof, and I just feel great overall.
I leaned out alot too. I didn't lose any clothing size or anything (grrr....if anything, I'd like to gain a clothing size or 2), but I'm noticeably leaner, and that's what I was going for.

Thanks Chica...
Not too much of a change... just a cleaner one. I always try to watch what I eat, but now I am gonna really clean it up. I have lost alot of strength over the years.. You don't even want to know.
I am hoping to lean out too!! I don't have much to lose, because remember being cuban, the hips won't lie...
Thats ok, i love my hips, but I still want to trim a bit, so when i go to express to pick up their new super sexy jeans i don't have to buy them a size bigger just to fit my booty into them....

Will let you know how it goes.... Have a good weekend!!!

Hey Fit... I want to try to not have too many carbs. Right now with what I got, i am bulking up and not cutting up... so I will have some good carbs here and there... I don't particularly like oatmeal... except the baby one. We shall see how it looks after 3 weeks in...

later chick
