Congrats on deciding to make a change Chica....
I never paid much attention to diet because I didn't really think it was that important for a long time. I wasn't a pig or anything, but I was getting results without it, so I just ate what I wanted when I wanted to eat, but about 8 or 9 months ago I decided to make a change too, and my energy went through the roof, and I just feel great overall. I leaned out alot too. I didn't lose any clothing size or anything (grrr....if anything, I'd like to gain a clothing size or 2), but I'm noticeably leaner, and that's what I was going for. |

I am hoping to lean out too!! I don't have much to lose, because remember being cuban, the hips won't lie... Thats ok, i love my hips, but I still want to trim a bit, so when i go to express to pick up their new super sexy jeans i don't have to buy them a size bigger just to fit my booty into them....
