Thanks, Jana

why don't you post what you currently eat and we can work from there... also post your workout routines.

damn that's a clean diet, looks like you know what you're doing to me

if anything I'd say look at finding new things to do with those foods, maybe chicken a l'orange rather than grilling or frying or whatever you do with chicken atm

I've found a low fat yoghurt is a good snack - plus the calcium's supposed to help to burn fat

I try to come up with new stuff but I always go back to these same things I'm eating. Like I tried cooking chilli with turkey but it had so much soduim and I didn't know if that would effect me alot or I tried turkey with vegteble, rice and some shoyu( I think that's how you spell that)and mixed that all together. I get tired of cooking chicken it always comes out dry.I eat steak every once in awhile and I don't like any kind of sea food except tuna.

I hated quorn....I can't tolerate the mushrooms used.

But I do the www.c-k-d.com, I suffer from PCOS, so I have to pretty much eat so little carbs to near elimination. My body doesn't do well with carbohydrates like fruit, white bread, pasta, and high starch veggies.
