Question please help

hello everyone its been so long since I have posted in here. I have been super busy and unfortunately my training has really suffered. I am trying to get remotivated and could use any encouragement and advice you could offer.

The other news is that I am getting married in March of 2007 and really need to get my body looking great for my dress. any adivce about specific exercises to really show off a good body would be great...we are going to Hawaii for the honeymoon so I need a great bikini body.

I would appreciate any advicee, thanks ladies.

well in that case you probably just want low body fat and good calves

Some good calf exercises - http://exrx.net/Lists/ExList/CalfWt.html

BTW Hope you enjoy married life, hopefully one day I'll find some kind of trick and get a girl to marry me lol

Try High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) its pretty much cardio, but with greater speed, great for fat loss I hear.

Also some compound (multi joint) exercises : Squats/Lunges/Shoulder Press/Flat Bench Press/Incline/Pull ups/Dips/Bent over rows/roman char.

Maybe a couple isolation exercises: Front/Side raises, leg lifts, dumbbell kickback, biceps curl, calve raises, maybe leg curls/extension, plenty other exercies for variations.

This is just some exercises you can chose from, plently more, just try more compound exercises, and look into HIIT.

Kick some ass in the gym Carli!

Default thank you

thank you both I appreciate it. I will have to try those.

Casey - thanks for the encouragement...now I have attempted HIT before but only foor a short time because I was afraid that my legs would get too big and bulky to fit into my jeans. My legs are what develop quickest on my body. Do you still recommend using HIT technique?

I still would, it won't actually develop your legs - HIIT (or Fartrek training) was designed to let you burn fat without losing muscle, it doesn't actually build it
