Default stomach toneing

just wanted some advice on how i can get a six pack just toneing my stomach up. I also would like to lose some more weight what do you think?Name:  lower half.jpg

You can't "spot reduce"..Meaning when you decrease bodyfat, it comes off from everywhere, no one specific place. It'd be nice to target the stomach and stubborn area's, but we cannot. Each person's body has a pre-set program to where we lose and gain weight. Usually the 1st place you put on the weight is the last place it ends up coming off

So just eat clean and do a little cardio and with time, your body fat will decrease.

But I think you look fine (but you do look different than yesterday's pic's..hmmmm)

what do you mean i look different how? is it cus my hair used to be curly

You need to get your diet worked out. That is the main issue with getting abs to show. Then just start doing some basic abdominal exercises like situps, crunches, leg raises etc. You don't have too far to go so you should see some pretty good results if you stick to a solid routine for a few months.

my diets pretty healthy really the only problem is i dont eat at regular times or sometimes not at all. ive heard this can slow your matabolism down cus your body has to compensate or somthin is this true.

okay this is another thing I have in my head that may or may not be true, so I'm gonna ask - when women lose weight, do they lose their boobs too? I would've thought so 'cos aren't they made of a fatty tissue?

your body goes into a sort of starvation mode.... it thinks that your next meal is going to be far apart too it will hold onto and store what you next eat as fat.

eating 4 small meals a day is a great to lose weight.

breakfast <---- vital to get the metabolism started early
lunch
dinner
pm snack

it's 'cos of the different hair cut dude...I can't decide whether I liked it better when it was curly or straight lol...I guess you've got it right though

well your meant to but i havent they have stayed the same size maybe cus im young and still growing???????????????????

often the first place in some women.... depends on the genetic tendancies to store fat in certain areas, always look at the mother i say

Holly, you need to be eating every few hours, but smaller portions.
But never go without eating. It's a common misconception for woman to starve themselves to lose weight. You need to speed up your metabolism and you will process food and fat quicker.

i feel sick sometimes though and find it hard to eat. would meal replacement bars/drinks be a good idea

food is better than supplements/shakes any day.

your body needs roughage to digest to keep the digestive system happy.

salad, fruit, veg... its easy to nibble on these

i do but then i will just either feel sic all day or be sick although latley i have felt a bit better
