HI holly,
I think you look great, just eat sensible do some cardido and have patience.
thats the hardest thing, getting a great body takes time. ( its taking ages for me anyway)
my problem is that i cant eat enough to do the regular exercice that i want to do.

yup, more muscle = more calories burned due nto the energy required to keep the fibres moving.

HIIT in a nut shell is basically changing tempo during cardio

30mins cardio

5mins medium pace
30 secs flat out
5mins medium pace
30 secs flat out

etc etc...

google HIIT cardio and you will get thousands of results that will explain in more detail

5 mins for medium pace seems a bit long.

I normally use the 30secs flat out - 30secs medium time frame.

Here is a good link for a HIIT schedule if you haven't done it before.

eat with common sense, i shop in the supermarket along the outside where you find the veg, meats, milk, breads and all the other processed crap is in the aisles...

if you want to lose weight you have to cut down on your carb intake

i'm not 100% on giving dietry advice so hopefully someone else can help.

Holly,
If you have patience, as it's been suggested before, your abs will start to show if you maintain a healthy, practical diet and excercise.
You don't need to kill yourself with ab workouts either, because once your bodyfat is low enough, you'll be able to see them. To keep your midsection tight, you might want to look into some type of core workout. I love doing my core workout. You could probably look up some online, or at your gym, you could ask them about it.
I'd also suggest doing hiit for your cardio because, speaking from experience, that's gotten me better results than any other cardio as far as losing stubborn fat quickly.
Other than that, I think you look fine too...you have a cute figure.
