Bingo! Hawkwind gave it a neat name "Sun-Sickness". Your body is fighting an injury, aka sunburn, and your immune system is down. Burns really knock your system for a loop. Drink lots of water, stay hydrated, eat soups, etc. Hope you get better soon!

I'm feeling better, I getting my tan now - so long sun burn! (sson to have tanned abs & a tight rear!

thanks for all the comfort during my time of destress.

i'm returning to the gym today, along with continuing my at home workout!

Yippee! I'm so looking forward to getting back on track!

For real! And peeling after a burn like that sucks. Next time,just use sunblock and you won't have to worry about burning so badly.
