dont worry meera,
I have an amalgimated family 3 from my first marrage, my hubbie has two from a previous relationship and we have one together. age range 20 down to 5 life has been a full of fun and surprises since we got married six years ago. but i wouldnt miss a min of it. kids are great. sunday

I know I won't know how I will feel, but today, I'm going to train. Jiujitsu is no impact if you want it to be....so I'm on for today.

i have grey hair too...
and no kids yet.
Just got back from an excellent jiujitsu session...good workout, low impact... After that, dinner out on the town. Now, off to sleep. By the way, now that I know I'm pregnant, I look really pregnant...

WOW, congrats!!!
I don't have any kids... kid-clock aint tickin LOL (marriage one is though!). My best wishes to you!! Right now you are growing a baby, so the fatloss can wait until after. I also came across the information that during pregancy you only need an extra 300 cal/day. I was like, pfff, that's it?! That's like one donut LMAO. Not that you should eat an extra donut every day, but you know. Anyway, are you goign to find out the sex or have it be a surprise?? Just curious (thinking about names...???).

And have we started the pool on which BB4U name you will call your new arrival. I'm thinking TAZ would be a cool baby's name  ..sorry, but we needed to drop the "R" out ouf TRAZ. 'Shredder just sounds like trouble  If it's a girl, 'meera' is a nice name...we don't need an hrpIV.
