Thumbs up Hydroxycut hardcore

Hi! I am another newbie searching for a good supplement to kick off my diet. I am 43 yrs. old, 5Ft 1/2 in. and currently weigh 125. To say the least I am so disappointed with myself at this stage. I have always been a very active female until the last year or two. The stresses of being a Mom of a Marine on two tours of duty to a war zone, have taken a toll on me. Thanks to many prayers, my son is now back in the States, and trying to adjust to civilian life at this point. In 2002 I received a certification to teach Bodypump which is a super total body workout. I taught for about six months, and felt so good about my body, soul, and spirit at that point. I just want to get back to that point as soon as possible. I would love to have a goal such as a fitness contest, to get me excited, and ready to get back in shape again. I just bought a bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore, to use as a diet supplement. I am looking for pointers, and suggestions from you all. I am ready to roll into weight training, and exercise to meet my goals!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunshine

Hello Sunshine,
Welcome to BB4U. I'm a 44 mom of two Airmen. One in Iraq at this moment. I know all about the stress. My son just lost his partner and friend and was injured himself by an IED at the end of March. I was coming home to MA from being with his family in Idaho when it happened and am returning to Idaho in May and staying until he returns in June. His wife is having a really tough time emotionally with his near miss in Iraq.

First...I have had no experience with any type of thermogenic. The closest I've come to using anything to help with weight loss was green tea caps.

Secondly...It sounds like you do have a good general idea about the fitness lifestyle.

I will say that our age we do have to be a bit more patient with ourselves. What I could strip off quickly in my 20's doesn't want to come off so quickly now.

Can you tell us about your lifting, cardio and diet program now?
