Any 3 day split would work here,
Day 1: Chest, Bis, Abs Day 2: Legs, Tris Day 3: Back, Shoulders It should be done 1 off, 1 on, Mon Wed Fri, something like that. Cardio can be done a couple times a week, when weights are not being done. Make sure her diet is in check, good luck.

alright one more question about the routine how many exercises and sets should i have her do per muscle group. i was thinking maybe 5-7 exercises at 4-6 sets at 10-15 reps. does this sound good or should i add something or make the reps higher?

She's new to this right?
Let her get acclimated. 1-2 exercises per muscle group. 1-2 sets per exercise and 8-12 reps per set. You want her to like training...not dread it! Work on form first. Then as she becomes more comfortable you can add to the routine. Only lift what she's comfortable with to start.
