Hi people,
I have been working out at the gym for about 2 months now,i go swimming and do yoga and body balance. recently i had a thai massage and i was chatting to the masseur about general fitness,he said i was building my chest muscles up well but my shoulders were starting to roll because my back muscles werent building up at the same time . so i would be pleased if there was someone out there who could give me some helpful tips on the best way to do this. ![]() |

deadlifts are my favorite for building lower back because i also have a problem with posture. they have helped alot and i have noticed a change. also i do alot of rows for upperback. they will help with your shoulders. also a good tip strech alot before doing either of these. hurt my back awhile back from not stretching before
