Try reading the "sticky" posts located at the top of each forum. They have tons of info for those starting out. It sounds like you already have the determination! Good Luck!

Default Welcome!

Congratulations on your excellent commitment! Tell a little bit more about your current stats please and we can help you more....What do you weigh now? Are you eating plenty?
By the way, not to discourage you, but that is a whole lot of workout for someone who hasn't been working out a lot in the past...have you been? If not, remember to take it easy at first so you don't hurt yourself.

Also, just a note about diet... sometimes low fat is counter productive... low calorie with moderate amounts of fat and carbs and proteins can be smart (and keep your skin yummy and your hair shiny). Fish oils, flax seed oil, and olive oil can be great for weight loss.

Anyway, good luck and keep us posted!

spread your meals out. Eat 5-6 small meals a day.. drink plenty of water.. Those 2 things alone will help.. Need more information to give more advice..
