Hey everyone
i need a little help first off i am new to the site so please bare with me....anyways I am 19 years old and am getting ready to enlist in the military with this I have to be able to do 35 pushups in 2 mins.. I need some advice on how to increase the number of pushups I do... At this point I have very weak arms and was also wondering if lifting weights will help increase the number of pushups. thanks |

i had a similar goal that I reached.
What I did was do push up every time I thought about it. Every time I went to the floor I would add 1 more. About 3 times a day. this may not be the best way to achieve but it worked for me I didn't really push myself so hard that I would hurt to bad to do the next bunch just that one extra and before i knew it i got there. Good luck with that. And I admire you joining the military!!!
