I certainly appreciate your opinion and take it into consideration. A simple disagreement is no reason to start ongoing controversy. Thanks to all for your opinions. To Traz- I will get someone to watch my form and in case of injury when I try those lunges. Should I use the smith machine for lunges too? Or do you prefer 15s - 20s+? |

I was not rude at all, you people don't know me. She was dead wrong. Hawk knows I love her but her info was wrong and had not reason to pass off mine as bad info.
Not to mention, heavy squats are recomended for those with back problems as they build the spinae erectors and actually help strengthen your back. I don't get into this stuff anymore, usually jsut say my piece and move on. You guys don't have to listen....but the info is there should you chose to. I am far from upset or angry or rude. Like I said, you don't know me. Hawk has a history of getting defensive over things that she needn't...this was a perfect case. that's all...chose to listen or don't...up to you...see your doctor and ask him if you don't believe me. |

Point in case why I rarely post here anymore, too many people that think they know it all and none ever want to actually listen. I don't make this stuff up people...listen or not, up to you. |

Whoa....s'okay folks..mousie and I are cool!
But mousie...I don't happen to agree with you that machines can't help build mass. I will admit that I misunderstood mouse and did assume he was suggesting Catatonia go heavy. I can see his reasoning. Doesn't mean I agree. Partly because of my own battle with fibromyalgia over the years.
