weights and scale?
hi there,
i lost 40 kg so far, kept it off for 6 yrs til now, i need to lose 5kg more. i didnt left weight for about 4 months, i'm back now, started couple of weeks ago with cardio, interval training and jumping rope, started a week ago with weights. my diet is high protein, low carbs.
my Q is; i know that with weight lefting i'll be loosing fat, i already started seeing results in my body but i need to c results in the scale as well,i still do cardio about 5 times/week.
is there any chance to reach my goal in the scale?
is there any routine i should follow? plz help
