Hello Ladies. I was wondering if one of you could bestow some knowledge on me. I was wondering what the best multi vitamin for a woman is? My girl would like to start taking one and I rely do not know what works best for you ladies. If it matters my girl is 20 and goes to the gym 5 times a week. Thanks.

Any quality brand of woman's multi-vitamin would do.
Vitamin shoppe puts out a good multi and it's less expensive than the GNC brand which is also very good.

Get her on a pre-natal vitamin. They have great stuff in them.
