Default Chest muscles

Question? I have found that the more I work out the smaller my breasts get? is there any way to alleviate this issue?

If your working out, you are probably losing body fat. When you lose body fat, your breasts get smaller (in most women). There is nothing you can do, it's boobs or abs....lol.

I go for ABS ...most chicks with nice fit bods that have boobs we know most of them are FAKE! Who wants that?

Liana is correct, as many woman lose bodyfat they lose breast tissue. I'm a firm believer in working to develop good pectoral muscles on a woman. It helps to offset the tissue loss from losing bodyfat.

Default Boobs

I know this post is from a long time ago but I have input.

I have a book By Ms Olympia Corrina Everson and this is what she says about the boobs.
"By Increasing the muscle tone in your pectoralis major and minor and serratus anterior muscles, you can lift up your rib cage and breasts. This is especially so if you concentrate on your upper pectoralis. If you are round shouldered, you can improve your posture and indirectly your breast appearance by improving the muscle tone of the upper back muscles(rhomboids,teres group and traeziuos group)."

I have always had ity bities but like everyone else theey got even smaller as I lost fat. This advice has really improve the appearance of my chest and they look larger than before.

Some suggested exercises ..
low-incline dumbbell presses
flat-bench dumbbell presses
incline dumbbell flyes
cable crossovers
long pulley rows
upright rows

Thumbs up Im all for fake breasts..

After having bubs i could really do with some renovations my self.. maybe next year. If you do get yours done pleeaase pleeeeaase get some natural looking ones. Theirs nothing worse than seeing a chick in great form with these HUGE ROUND bolders under their tight skin.

hi, newbie here.
I wish my chest was smaller. I'm not huge, but if I put on a pound or two, it goes straight to my tata's. I want to tone that part down, and look great in those little camisoles..

does anyone have any suggestions for targeting that area? I wasn't sure if the excersises mentioned above were for making the chest look larger or not.

I know burning calories or aerobics helps, but what about push-ups, crunches, etc to target that area?
