Default a little help with the zigzag

i am trying to get my diet back on track as i have been out with injuries to my shoulder, tricep, and left quad.

i was reading up on the zigzag from back in 2004. boyd and vplayer had alot to say there. but i am a little confused.

i weigh 190# and probably around 20% bf. when i was at 175# i could start to see my abs. im 36 and 5'7".

so any way here is what i calculated:

190#/2.2=86.36kg
86.36kg x 24 x .9 x 160%= 2985 calories.

now if i want to cut some fat off of me do i decrease this by 2-3 cals per lb of body weight 5 days a week then add them back in 2 days a week?

then i would recalculate the following week on my new weight right?

i am thinking of this ratio=
50% protein
30%carbs
20% fats

i workout in the morning around 7am and am following a 5x5 program ramping my weights. i do some sort of cardio 6 days a week. my training days are weds., friday., and sunday

also i am thinking of only 3 carb meals per day. they would be first thing in the morning before my workout, after my workout and lunch.

i am still working my foods out but this is a general idea of what i want to do.
if this is correct then ill post up the foods ill eat so you guys can critique the plan.

thanks in advance-mc

You probably got my PM, but I'd say throw all this sh!t away, forget that I ever wrote that (lol) and then do my carb cycling stuff. Much less complicated, much more effective...
