Something I liked to eat at night that sounds gross but it was actually pretty damn good
1 cup low fat cottage cheese 2 scoops chocolate protein powder 1 tbs natty PB 1 serving ground flax seeds...can't remember how much a serving is off the top of my head. Stir in a bowl and enjoy..a GREAT b4 bedtime snack
