Default carbs in the evening

sup,

Got a quik question on carbs. I finish my workout by about 7pm, but was wondering if i shud have some form of complex carbs with my post workout meal, which i tend to have around 1.5 hours (8.30-9pm) later with my goal being fatloss/maintain put on muscle. Ive been reading peoples logs and have realised most of u guys who have the same goal as me tend to cut of carbs after 7. i sleep by 12ish every night. Shud i just add some form of complex carb immiediatly to my pw shake (powder form) and then have a high protein/low fat meal as my meal 1.5 hrs later.

Thanks.

You are not going to burst into flames without post-workout carbs as long as you're getting a good pre-workout meal and plenty of bcaa.

i personally have never had a carb cutoff. I eat carbs at 2am if i want. If i was trying to get way below 10% i probably would though.
