cutting basics
hi
im going to enter a cutting cycle soon. Hoping to make some difference with these love handles and baby fat.
Just wanting to confirm a few basics;
1) is there a rule of thumb with daily calorie intake be based on current weight for cutting?
2) is there a rule of thumb on carb in take ? OR
3) is there a rule of thumb with splits between protiens/carbs/fats.? i usually go 40/40/20 when not cutting.
