For those who ask about what and how to eat properly for BB check this out. From experience, I can say that these guys are right on point with what they are saying......it's interesting.

I got that dvd trilogy and they aint bad apart from the constant whoring of Muscletech products Its a Muscletech production, Johnnie O Jackson gave out some good advice on lifting as he is obviously a Powerlifter as well as a Bodybuilder, the dvd set is called Bodybuilding: Passion - Pain - Perfection.

Yea i know they were advertizing the stuff but if you read between the lines their advice on food is pretty decent. I mean you do not have to use muscle tech products, i was refering on their approach to the everyday nutrition which is pretty basic and to the point

I think every newbie to training should watch that clip, it would save alot of wasted time and money.

Ya, obviously they had their propaganda with muscletech products but other than that the advice was solid. It was actually reassuring because I follow all the diet principles they were talking about. In fact, I was eating my oatmeal, banana and egg whites for my breakfast and pre-workout meal as they were saying that's what you should eat. I feel good now, thanx.


edit: I recommend this be a sticky. We all know newbies don't like to read.

The reason I put it up is that it works and I follow the same nutrition principle. It's pretty simple and to the point without the frills. I wish I can cut out the muscle tech endorsment but for all its worth the rest of the advice is solid. This also answers the same questions many newbs ask on what should I eat etc........over and over again.


I will make it a sticky if you guys feel its worth it, thanks!

It's too bad that this is what the newbs will write on their shopping list after that video:

CellTech
MuscleTech
NitroTech

Instead of:
Oatmeal
Red Met
Fish
etc.

It;s hard to listen to the boring advice (real food) when they dangle the magical (xxxtech) product in front of newbs.

I love seeing people pig out on mcdonalds and deep fried food, then chasing it with a leptopril or hydroxycut lololololololol

I think the massage from that clip is that eating good and healthy should be a way of life, and eating a burger and fries is more like a treat......not the other way around where you eat ****ty everyday and eating healthy is a treat!!!

Exactly! When people ask me how to loose weight the hardest thing for them to accept is the fact that eating healthy inst just a diet plan and that it has to become who they are and what they are about.
