I know that you can get your essential amino acids from the daily foods you eat, but I've tried a new powder that you can put in your water before, during, and after you lift. It's called Amino Vital.. I feel more focused in the gym when I use it and have gotten significantly stronger when combining it with my usual whey shakes. It might just be the psychological factor though, I'm not sure.

Scivation Watermelon's flavor burns my throat going down, I hate it. Supposed to be known for tasting good. I'll try the green apple next. |

Bulk BCAA's taste horrible but hey, what can you do? Especially when you're shooting for 20 grams a day (10g pre/10g pwo). I've made friends with cranberry juice. That seems to get the job done when using it as a chaser. Just dump, chug and go.

If you can drink (any hard alcohol really, whisky being my favourite) straight then you can down unflavoured BCAA's with less than a cup of water. Not everything is roses and butterflies in life but 250ml of nasty flavour is tolerable.
Less water = less to drink and faster it's over. Drink more clean water afterwards to wash it down. Funny cause I still can't stand fish after all this "put up with it" talk. |

Have you ever just tried dumping it and then chasing it with juice AD? I used to use the method you're currently using but not only was it hard to mix, the duration of that horrible taste was far long than just chasing it after you've dumped the BCAA powder into your pie hole. That's just been my experience however.
