I'm pretty new to cutting and lifting in general (one year's experience), but you should really eat something after your workout, take a PWO protein shake and then a meal shortly after the shake, but other then that it looks decent.

What kinda nuts you eating? Go almonds if your not.... Alot of other nuts peanutts,cashews, have alot of unecessary fats in them..... I give you props thogh i couldnt eat all that rice, i love brown rice but bleh must get boring,,, And i ust Bison meat instead of chicken but chicken is fine too, and alot cheaper
