Eh....

Best stuff to find that wont run through your bowels, is anything with sulacrose...

They usually use malitol, Mannitol, Or something along those lines, and though it tastes well, youll be in the bathroom for hours , and itll feel like a river runs through it....

the smuckers one is great, IMO they have it at ihop, but I could never find it at the supermarkets. I even checked friggin Kings and nada, where did you find it?

I use Maple grove farms - picked it up at Stop n Shop. You could add some fruit to your waffles too, How about you make your own waffles, I am sure there is some recipes somewhere out there; I have a good pancake one with oatmeal and whey but I need to dig it up.

My bf and I get the whole wheat pancake mix and Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free syrup... It's my favorite breakfast ever.

What i like about it is its not runny like most SF syrups. Its nice and thick and tastes alot like the regular stuff.
