Refrigerate Flax Seed?

How does everyone store theres?

One important thing to note, which you may already know:
Unless you grind them up, the body wont digest the seeds.

So I hope you are grinding them up before comsumption.

Thanks. There in a ZipLock in the fridge. Ya I got a small Coffee grinder I used. Worked perfect.

They don't need to be refrigerated unless you've ground them up.

How long do they stay good like that?

I store my ground up flax in the refrigerator in an air tight bag. That's the way I buy them.

I know the oil is good for 6-8 weeks but the seeds?
