Hey Guys
I Am Billu From India
My Weight Is 156.52 Pounds.my Height Is 6 Ft.
I Want To Gain Weight So As To Increase My Muscle Size.last Year I Ate Bigmax Weight Gainer,but No Affect.these Days I Am Taking Universal Uni-liver 3d Grain Pills With Milk.will This Help Me In Gaining Weight?guys Also Suggest Me A Good Diet Chart

Well its hard for us to tell you what you should fix on your diet if u dont post that aswell mate.

and also if you are trying to put on more muscle mass try also posting your daily workout aswell.

umm from the sound of it your 6foot and bout 150lbs
EAT Eat Eat! best advice imo

High on Carbs
High on Protien foods, aswell as your weight gainer

stay 110% in the gym ull see results

but try posting your daily diet/workout mayb these guys could give ya a bit more of a hand

The Universal Uni-liver 3d Grain Pills has increased my weight along with lots of fats on my stomach,its very chubby.There's no increase in size in my muscles.I am regular in gym.What should i do to increase the muscle size?I do sit ups and leg raise exercise to lose excess fat.Should i include ant other exercise to Loose weight?My current weight is 168 pounds
