I've heard of cholesterol and fat causing gas. Do you eat the whole egg(yolk and white) or just the white? 1 Whole egg will have about 200mg of cholesterol and 5-7 grams of fat, while an egg white has no cholesterol and no fat. I eat 4-5 egg whites every morning, as well as other things(fruits, oats, grains, etc.) and don't have any problem's.

I eat whites primarily, but throw 1 or 2 yolks in. Usually cuz i break one or it slips in, sometimes i do it cuz the additional vitamins and what not. ill try strict whites.

lol for real ryan. I made the switch and not only do I poop less, but it and my farts smell so much worse. Isnt it spose to be the other way around? I went from massive amounts of pizza rolls and carbs to healthy fats/carbs and proteins
