I took no-xplode when I first started. It made me feel like I was on crack. The workouts were definitely better than when not using it, but I became immune to it after a few weeks, so cycle often if you want continued use. I stopped taking it because I bloated, got diminishing returns and didn't want to depend on a crutch to workout.
As far as the aggression... I don't think you are actually more aggressive, just more wired. No-Xplode is packed with so many energy complexes. As with caffeine, adrenaline or anything else that primes your body for action - if something erks you, you're more likely to react in a stern fashion. Personally, I never felt combative when using it. |

How many days a week did you work out when you were on NO-XPLODE, Gill? The reason I'd like to know is because you seemed to build up an immunity to it pretty quickly and the package recommends that you cycle it out every twelve weeks for a minimum period of four weeks...

I took a knock off called NOS Blast for well over 4 months and noticed no diminishing effects in it's performance. 2 things though. 1) Red Bulls and Monsters for some reason were significantly less effective. 2) It sucked to lift without it. I stopped taking it, now I just eat a half hour before I lift and I feel great whether lifting or on the field.

I lifted 5 days a week. I was seeing diminishing returns by the end of the first month. I cycled off at about 6 weeks to try to get some affect back. Cycled off for two weeks and jumped back on. Worked for a few weeks and was gone again.
Obviously it wasn't by the book, but a 1:1 ratio for cycling on/off wasn't efficient in my opinion. |
