Gill, looks almost exactly the Pre workout meal i had today. About 4 oz beef teriyaki on 2 pieces of pepperidge farm raisin breakfast bread (teriyaki and raisins goes awesome together for some reason), a side of broccoli and carrots, and half a potato.
Time for strawberries, half a cup of rice, and 5 oz chicken teriyaki. Ambient, take some pictures of those burgers so I can throw em in the spank bank.

I think it's safe to say Jim isnt squatting 650 lbs anymore, but I dont think he he is concerned with that one bit. He had one goal before that was geared towards obtaining pure strength (powerlifting/strongman) and now he has shifted his focus to a pure athletic/healthy lifestyle that involves cardio endurance and weight training balanced with a super healthy diet.
The guy is dedicated. I just wished he was so humble and bashful about his success, he deserves the pats on the back. I give this man major respect as he has shown the ability to obtain a body builder style of physique (a rock solid 220 lbs) and then obtain a massive frame of bulk and strength that got him up to 335 lbs and putting up massive numbers on the big three and here is now with a ripped up physique again, sub 10% bodyfat and probably like 190 lbs.....That all adds up to someone who really knows how to shape and mold there physique to whatever goal they have as he went from one end of the spectrum to the other and back again! Give this man your reps! |

I would love to say that i retained all of my strength, if i were to say that though it would mean i would be deadlifting over 4 times my bodyweight, squatting over 4 times my bodyweight and benching something like 2.5 bodyweight, i mean i would be a Legend, however i can say that even though im not in anyway training for strength now i can still lift at an advanced standard, pound for pound im stronger overall.
