Default Need Advice

Best advice for a clean diet and perhaps even some work out advice that can get my body fat down to about 7-8 percent in 3 weeks.

Right now i'm hovering around 11-12 percent.

8 a.m.-I eat original oatmeal in the morning w/ fruit and cinnamon.
10 a.m.- handful of nuts
12 p.m - mega mango sixteen oz w/ soy protein
2 p.m. tuna, brwn rice, broccoli
4 p.m. whole grain wheat and organic peanut butter
6 p.m. 4 oz lean meat, 1 cup of veggies, 1/2 cup of brwn rice

in bed by 10am; wake up by 6 a.m.

30-45 minutes of weight training and a half hour of cardio everyday(every other day is using interval cardio training)

6'1" 180 and i'm trying to reduce down to about

goals--170 lbs and 7-8 percent body fat. Any recommended amino acids or protein shakes that can help me retain my muscle while shedding weight and perhaps and adjustments to my diet and workout regimen would be great.

thanks

Your diet is pretty clean right now, you're hardly taking in any food as it is though, so I'm not sure you should cut anything.

Cardio is probably the key here. Good luck though - as getting to 7 or 8 isn't gonna be easy in just 21 days.

you shouldent be weight training every day m8, you need at least 2 rest days a week or you will over train your body and you just wont grow.

thanks for the advice.

I should restate and say that I take sunday's off and do smr stretches and static stretches for dexterity (or lack of dexterity issues)

i'm also not trying to get bigger or grow, but rather lose body fat and maintain some muscle mass. Does anybody have any suggestions for supplements.

Any amino acids that may help?
