What are some of the best breakfast to have if your tryin to bulk??

best thing is oats,egg whites
i have about 400 grams of oats with 8 to 10 egg whites

What about All bran.

Should be pretty good considering the amount of fiber in it.

oats, eggs, orange juice, breakfast meat, whole grain toast. Good breakfast no matter what your goals are just adjust the portion size accordingly.

how do u guys cook ur oats? put em in milk and whack em in the microwave? instant oats would be just as good wouldnt they aslong as there just plain and not flavoured
