Alright, someone please tell me what these are. I thought i was an ectomorph but i really dont know. So can someone explain all the "morph's" that you can be or whatever..?

i'd say im somewhere between ecto/mesmo...im very lean but at the same time im pretty much all lean muscle...i dont have much body fat...and i dont have trouble gaining lean muscle when i lift religiously i think the body type idea certainly has its educational purposes, but I think with dedication, hard work, and a proper diet, body type doesnt matter much for making gains in lifts or muscle mass. It's all about the time you're willing to put in.
