Default Great, healthy snack - Yams and Peanut butter - anyone try it?

Cut the raw yams up like carrot sticks you'd get with chicken wings (small sticks). Dip in small amount of peanut butter (I use sugar free PB - maybe has Splenda - tastes great). Some fat, but I only use about a teaspoon of PB per 1/2 yam or so. You get the satisfaction of a crunchy, tasty snack. Yams have lots of vitamins, low-med glycemic (sp?). PB for protein and taste.

I also eat raw yam sticks which taste far better than carrots or the like, but they are sooooo good with the PB!

Let me know if you've tried it or will give it a try.
