I said this in a post and just thought it should be brought to light.
Ginger root is almost magic to the digestion system. I am the type of person who gets tired after a big meal, but if I take a ginger pill afterwards it makes the tiredness go away as soon as I leave the table. It aids in digestion very much. I don't know scientificly how effective it is but in the homeopathic community is one of those wonder spices, and I can tell you from my experience that it is great.
