Default protein daily spread

how much should my pwo shake be in terms of protein content? currently it's 51 grams, is this too much? would it be better to have two shakes per day, both identical at 34 grams, even though one is after a workout? thanks for the help!

around 40 is ok then? so if the protein count is ok, is it ok to have two of these per day, one after the workout? it seems like the one post workout should be more...or does it not make a difference?

Stick with 30-40 grams, that is plenty. I feel anything above this post workout is wasted.

You CAN have to much protein if your taking loading on the shakes on top of your food all your gonna get is body fat the shakes are supposed to help you when your not getting enough,
(i take about 1 30 gram scoop before i work out and a recovery shake afterward)
