Default if anyone cares. my new cutting diet

5:45 am Treadmill HIIT training for 20 min, Bike on Interval for 15 min (stretching and breaks in between)
6:30 am Peanut butter and Jelly Sandwich (use Shaws Flax Bread and Natural PB with Blueberry Jelly)
go to ****ty ****ty work
9 - 930 am Protein Shake
1130-12 Lunch either Chicken or Salmon with veggies, or salad with eggs/Tuna/Beans etc or Soup or PB&J
2:30 Protein Shake (ON 100% Whey)
Drive to the Y
3:15 Eliptical Machine
3:45 Weights
5:00 Solid Food Meal containing protein and carbs: Chicken/Fish with veggies and/or brown rice or Tuna Sandwich or something to that effect
6:00 Double Protein Shake + Glutamine Supp
7:00 Small solid food meal based mainly protein: Can of Dry Tuna, Cottage Cheese or Chicken Breast or something
8:00-9:00 Bed time

what do you homeboys/girls think?

im 5'10" 220 with a good amount of muscle and strength but also with a good amount of gut-fat id like to shed, and all around fat id like to shed before mexico and/or the start of summer. i eat around every 2.5 to 3 hours so i think im doing pretty well. My heaviest right out of college was a whopping 246.

looks good to me man, don't be surprised if you drop quite a bit of weight the first week, when you cut carbs you will also drop a lot of water in most cases. carbs make your body hold water so when you cut them your water also goes too for the most part. good luck.

if you feel like you need to than yeah, like cotton mouth, headaches etc. any symptons of dehydration. When i diet and cut carbs I get dehydrated very easily so i am always sipping on something to drink, water or sugarfree koolaid. Thats just me i think i am the far end of this one though, you might be in the middle and it not affect you at all.
