Default need diet help very confused

So basically what i was wondering is can you help me set up a diet
Im 17 so im still in highschool and i have a little control of what my mom feels like making for dinner. Im looking to gain some muscle and put on weight (muscle though no fat) currently im around 184 pounds which is about 15 more then 2 months ago. Ive been taking creatine morning and before workout and whey protein after.

Currently My diet is Morning: Oat meal or smart start cereal and orangejuice When cycle starts again ill take creatine

Lunch: PB and J sandwich some pretzels and almond bar. water or tea

Snack when i get home from school: Tuna melt (whole grain bread and cheese and tuna) and water/tea/or gatorade

30 min before workout: Creatine

Right after i get home: ON 100% whey protein

Dinner: Usually some kinda beef, chicken or pasta and some side like potato or noodle (to get the numbers i put 8 oz chicken and potato)

Currently my numbers are 1950 calories 131g protein and 180 grams of carbs

I definitly need to take in about 60-70 more grams of protein and im not sure about my carb intake or calorie intake
What do you guys think i should do?

You need more calories than that ! you are most likely burning more than
1900cal a day. To put on size your going to have to take in a least 3000cal or so, just make sure it's not junk. If you need to depend on your mom's cooking , let her know what you are trying to acheive and ask for her help when cooking. I would add some pasta, rice and baked potatoes in to your diet. If you can't seem to get your calories through food , add a weight gainer shake.
Good Luck. hope this helps.
Your protein intake should be at 1.5g per lb of weight, so around 275g or so. add another protein shake during your day or night .
your carbs should most likely be in the 300-400 range, 180 is not enough to gain mass.
I take in between 100-130g of carbs and I'm dieting.

I weighed 167 before i started working out in mid nov. now im 183-184 pounds as of yesterday so thats a solid 15 pounds.
With Creatine some will be water weight but theres no way all 15 or 16 pounds is all water weight because my numbers are goin up not to mention im looking more buff. Im taking SAN v12 Turbo which is supposed to be a better form of creatine (less water weight) Monohydrates the worst for it and Cee is the best for also no loading stage with Cee or V12 turbo which i like.

I use the GNC PM protein It has 40g of protein. I also use Muscle Milk, which is something you might want to use, it has like 350cal 18g fat "all good fats" some carbs and 32g of protein, and if you mix it with milk you'll get like 500cal and even more protein. you can use it as a meal replacement or before bedtime.
Hope this helps
