Default Are Pork Chops O.K

I do eat pork chops time to time and was wondering if this is O.K to incorporate in my Diet for Protein Or is this a bad meat.

im ok...lol

anyway, you can get some pretty lean pork cuts, although, its still has way more fat than chicken/fish/turkey on average.

everything has its place....just eat in moderation and within guidelines.

Pork fat tends to surround the muscle, not marble it. So if you trim the outer layer of fat off the pork chop or pork loin roast, you have a very lean source of protein. Go for it.

^^ very true......beef fat is "marbled" within the meat...that is why sirloin looks lean, but is very high in fat (and tastes soooooo good).
