Default how does this sound?

alright, i am starting a quick 4-week cut because i dont really have much to lose at all...i am 182lbs, 6.7% BF...but have developed a little pudge just around my belly from the bulking cycle i have been on (that is pretty much where all of the 6.7%BF comes from)...anyway, as i said, i am doing a quick 4 week cut just to shred that little soft layer...

my diet before was about 3100 cals, 325 protein, 350 carbs, 50 fat

what do you think of this for my 4 week cut diet: 305 protein, 247 carbs, 34 fat..which is about 2500 cals...about 600 less

i will keep my cardio the same as it has been, which is 3 days of HIIT (15 sprints for 30 seconds on 12mph with 30 seconds between each) and 3 days of low intensity cardio (30-45 minutes on the elliptical).

I also already take in very little sodium and sugar, and drink plenty of water, so dont bother recommending that

will this be okay for the 4 weeks so that i lose very little (if any) muscle but shred that little pudge? any suggestions? comments?

thanks in advance everyone

Protein looks a bit high, obviously cos you are cutting the carbs are low. My reservation about the protein is because unused/ excessive protein is often stored as fat.
Also I think you should be eating more carbs when you bulk, 3-4gs per pound of b/w. With 1-1.5gs of protein.

Well 600cal less a day= 4200cal a week so that's alittle more than a 1lb a week you should lose on diet alone , add the exercise and you should lose around 2lbs a week . that's where you want to be.
2lbs x 4weeks = 8lbs and you'll be at 174lbs.
