IceTeaMix is on a distinguished road
Default Check out my diet

Hi there ive been trying to work out for some time and i been succesful at getting strong...my problem was that i never really gained any weight and that is one of my main goals......I am a natural 150 lbs i cant seem to go past that weight.....i used to wrestle for my h.s. at 130-135 but i graduated and i no longer wrestle so i dont starve myself over the winter.....i was thinking of getting back into working out and try to break 150 lbs (try to gain 15-20 lbs) i am going to take protein and not interested in taking creatine cause everytime i took it i would get strong but then stop and i would lose it all and become a bird again......so hears my diet (gonna throw out my workout routine, so please comment on both diet and workout)
