Default Rate these cereals! (WEETABIX/SHREDDIES/CRUNCHY NUT CLUSTERS)

I admit, I love cereal…I can’t help it! At least we could find the most healthiest cerial here…Could someone rate these cereals in order of the best to eat? All the nutritional information is on the links provided.

KELLOGG'S CRUNCHY NUT CLUSTERS HONEY & NUT

WEETABIX

SHREDDIES
http://www.cerealpartners.co.uk/p_shreddies_nut.aspx

I really have cravings for crunch nut clusters….but I suppose weetabix would be best at a quick glance, as it has the highest Protein and lowest Carbohydrate properties…
Alternatively there is Weetabix ORGANIC:
http://www.weetabix.co.uk/brands/wee...ic/default.asp
This has less protein and carbs than the original, but don’t’ how much better it is ???

Thanks!

Where's my fav? Crunchy nut cornflakes? Well, I do like them but have stayed away from them for a while. Instead having Ready Brek original. That is getting a bit boring so might jump into Shredded Wheat! mmmmmmm....food glorious food!

Have you all gone mad?

Where is "All bran Original"?

That shiet is the bomb... just add some splenda, and it taste like shreddies except it's loaded with fiber, complex carbs, and has some protein too. This stuff will lower your bad cholesterol, and keep you regular to boot...

What's not to love about that?

/\Bump! I love All Bran! I usually alternate between it and Shredded Wheat and Bran....It is great with Splenda....I also like to add Cinnamon somtimes for a different taste.

Where's Frosted Flakes low sugar... or Apple Jacks (high Sugar) ...since I only eat about four bowls a month, I'm going to enjoy it.

My all time favorite cereal is... Captain Crunch.

Typically over the years, I've always tried to keep an eye out for the big boxes of Captain Crunch.. but for whatever reason they only sell the not so economical size.... The other day though, I spotted a jumbo box, and i looked long and hard at it... dreamed about the popcorn bowl full.. and imagined the milk logged crunch of 10 minute old Captain crunch, and the sweet taste of captain crunchasized milk... My god I loved that cereal.

I'm pleased to report that the box didn't leave the store. But I know where it is... damn it.

Who need to inject insulin, with captain crunch in this world.

I started to eat Kashi , The organic Shredded wheat "Organic Harvest" i think is good, has some sugars (19g) in it but its organic cane juice they use soo i look past that , also i got myself a box of the kashi "Go Lean, Crunch", I find that very tasty, Seven whole grains are in it oats, long grain bron rice, rye, hard red winter wheat, Triticale, Buckwheat, Barely, Sesame Seeds, I reccomend those , Ad its sweetend with brown Rice Syrup, and honey

And in reply to your post Strayed off topic there, Wheatabix ownzzz , ****s pricey though more than Kashi

bump to the kashi. i used to eat the Go lean like it was going out of style. Very good stuff, but i have switched to all oats now for a slightly cleaner carb source. But i'll throw some kashi or some south beach diet cinnamon mini-wheats in every once in awhile when i need a little sugar

I finally found Weetabix here in Oregon and man that stuff taste horrible in milk. Does really good in yogurt though. No idea how you Brits eat that crap in milk.
I vote for Trix or Lucky Charms myself
