Default veganaise

I know the stuff is high in fat but they make a grapeseed version that is supposed to improve your lipid profile. I actually have a better lipid profile now than I did when I ate low fat!! I make sure it's healthy fat though. I get smartspread omega margarine, use flax oil, omega 3 fish oil w epa and stuff, peanut butter, and veganaise.

You have to account for the calories of course. I used to think that fats were evil but have found out differant. The veganaise is actually better than real mayo believe it or not (there are not eggs so techncially it's not a "mayo", it's a "spread".) and I put on a couple pounds before I learned to control myself.

Default Bananas are very cool...I don't care what anyone says.

Bananas and raw eggs make doms go away. Now, raw eggs are super dangerous to eat, so I'm always in a debate....but I eat only fresh organic eggs raw and I wash the shell in alchohol.
I drink a shake with 1/2 banana, raw egg, skim milk, and protein after leg day and all is right with the world.

it depends on your metabolism, daily activities, etc.

Choose a calorie you're happy with. Not too hungry or too full but make sure you're making progress every week.

They do make fat-free mayo (kraft, and I'm not talking about miracle whip which is gross tasting), fat-free butter (promise), fat-free cheese (kraft) and also a low-fat peanut butter (peter pan).

I agree with the guy who said bananas are great. Any fruit and vegetable is good. I do limit my bannana in the morning though because of it's high carb content. Besides, it's best to eat a variety of foods.

Anything that's processed, enriched, has preservatives, bleached, a lot of starch or high fructose content I stay away from. Eating complex carbs in the morning or pre-workout is the most beneficial time to eat them. Unless you want to seriously bulk. In that case eat a lot of complex carbs. Of course high protein meals are always essential.

Also, avoid over eating (eat 'til about 80% full) and chew your food fully before swallowing. When, how and what you eat is very important.

Isn't the Peter Pan full of hydrogenated oils like almost every other brand of PB that's not natty?

I honestly don't know. I don't eat peanut-butter. However, I did notice a low-fat peanut butter in the aisle the last time I was shopping. I always check the ingredients before buying though.
