Default The WLC Program

WLC Program for Weight Lifters

The WLC Program is a full body workout performed 3 times per week. More muscle building opportunities with the increased frequency. No need to worry about overtraining with the increased frequency because the WLC Program has built in techniques that prevent you from overtraining. You'll focus on building strength over 12 weeks in the muscle building rep ranges.

You'll start with a rising up period in which you are coming off of a break for a week to two weeks. The rising up period allows your body to become accustomed to weight lifting again without adding unneccesary fatigue to your body. Over the weeks, you'll increase the weight lifted while decreasing reps. You'll get stronger than ever before and bigger than ever before. The WLC Program also includes weighted stretching, diet, and cardio for muscle building. Weekly assessments are required. You will make progress. All you have to do is follow the schedule.

Continue reading everything on the WLC Program page and you'll understand why it works so well. Everything is absolutely free.
